When to Expect Before-and-After Results?
Hair growth after a transplant is a gradual process. Understanding the timeline helps set realistic expectations.
One month after
During the first month, most patients experience shedding of the transplanted hairs. This is completely normal. The hair follicles are entering a resting phase.
Three months after
This is when the first visible changes begin. Tiny new hairs start to emerge from the transplanted follicles. At first, the hair may look thin and sparse.
12-18 months: Full results
Final results are usually visible after 12 months, though in some cases, full results may take up to 18 months. The transplanted hair will seamlessly integrate with your natural hairline.
