G Cell Autologous Micrograft Technique

The adult human body has an ability to regenerate itself. Each tissue has its own specific cell reserves to provide homestasis. During the self-renewal procedure, tissue grafting methods are important. In general, there are 3 types of graft methods.

HETEROLOGOUS, AUTOLOG  and AUTOLOGOUS

Our point of interest is autologous tissue grafting or Gcell, which we call micrograft stem cell transfer. In this application it is aimed to provide the collection and transfer of the progenitor cells, which we call the stem cells in general. Progenitor cells form a separate community with their specific morphological features. The distinctive features are the dimensions and the presence of stem markers. The critical point in the graphing method is the dimensions of the graft particles. Micro dimensions determine the fate of the cell, while the macro dimensions are related to cell viability.

With the G cell method you are able to obtain micrografts up to 50 micron sizes quickly and safely without using any chemicals or making serious tissue manipulations.

These micrografts are separated from the tissues by a CE certified medical device. Each cartridge has 6 micro blades and 100 hexagonal 50 micron diameter holes designed to effectively cut hard and soft tissues. In this way, standard tissue production is carried out without the risk of rapid user safety and cross contamination..

Hair products consists of the micrograft obtained by punch biopsies from skin fragments are the newest and most effective approach androgenetic alopecia is very common treatment. It is successfully used in cases of male or female alopecia. There are some basic considerations in case of selection:

  • Available hair quantity
  • Gaps on hair (sparse hair)
  • Shrinkage of follicles
  • Microscopically the diameter of the hair
  • The presence of shrunken and non-shrunken hair in the same follicle
  • Yellow pigmentation
  • The presence of inflammation
  • General condition of scalp

The autologous micrograft method differs from the previously known stem cell therapy. In this method, cell isolation and cloning are not done but cell concentration. Again a single group of cells are transferred to the community of cells. So in the tissue sample is taken only progenitor cells belonging to the skin are not found in the blood and other pro - perorant cells of fat origin are other healing factors. The lack of high-tech laboratory costs seems to be a new breakthrough in the treatment of andogenetic alopecia and women alopecia, in that it is simple and can be applied in clinical conditions and has no side effects. World-wide scientific studies are strongly supported by this view.

The application can be simply and quickly implemented  in the clinical environment with the materials available in the G cell kit. Tissue samples are taken with a 2.5 mm punch biopsy pen taken from the back of the ear with or without a hair were placed in medicon cartridge and placed in medimachine 2 device for 5 min. It is made suitable for injection by a process. It can be combined with PRP at the production stage in case it is requested and medical requirement is required. Injection is done by mesotherapy methods. The patient can immediately return to his / her daily life after the application. No special maintenance and washing required. Results begin to occur within 10 days, with positive results occurring for a mean period of 30 to 45 days, sometimes up to 3 months. 70-80% successful results have been obtained in clinical practice.

Androgenetic male type hair loss should be seen as an important treatment alternative for patients who do not prefer hair transplantation, have not had a successful result in sowing, and are afraid of the healing process of hair transplantation.

It also stands out as an alternative method in patients who are afraid of the social difficulties of women in hair transplantation.

The basic usage ares :

ALOPECIA
  • Protection of existing hair
  • Thickening of the hair in the form of feather (Telogen period and the anagene phase of the hair that cannot pass into the anagen phase)
  • To stimulate the inactive follicles under the skin to provide new hair formation
  • Increasing the success of hair transplantation (combined available)
ANTI AGING

In addition to alopecia, it is a candidate for being one of the extreme treatments especially in the field of anti-aging. It is used alone or combined with all known antiaging treatments. Due to the increase in fibroblasts, it plays an important role in increasing the production of collagen (type 3 increase) and gaining a younger appearance through natural lifting. As such, it is a very important treatment parameter to provide anti-aging effect without any side effects and no chemical agents. It should be considered as the most desirable process by the patients today for the removal of wrinkles and drooping in a natural way, to provide the skin with a smooth and smooth image and to last longer this effect.
